Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Brussel, Louizalaan 523, 1050 Brussel. Dankzij een specifieke overeenkomst is zij aanwezig in verschillende advies- en bestuursorganen. Het is bijvoorbeeld de verzekeraar die u uw transactie-uittreksels en jaarrekeningen toestuurt. Alle leden kunnen deze vergaderingen bijwonen, en op die manier de financi\u00eble en administratieve beheerders van hun contract ontmoeten. Daarnaast vergadert de vereniging elk kwartaal met de verzekeraar als onderdeel van een monitoringcomit\u00e9 dat de laatste cijfers in verband met het contract presenteert en een platform biedt voor discussie over bepaalde thema\u2019s.
